Life is better now. I now know who my real friends are. I spend quality time with special people who also see a real friend in me. This makes me happy, albeit the tiny number of them now.
Life is better now. The student population of FAB Creatives, of which I am a co-owner, is increasing. It’s very fulfilling to see a bigger number of people learning from us. I am happy that more aspiring designers understand the importance of a fashion education. I look forward to seeing our graduates become very successful fashion professionals.

Life is better now. More locals are buying Filipino brands. I sense a resurgent pride in Philippine heritage and culture. There have been attempts to help and develop the country’s almost non-existent weaving industry. I hope they get to the fruition of their well-meaning endeavors.
